About SNPeBoT2

Structural bioinformatics platform for transcription factor binding variant analysis.

Laboratory Information

All work developed on SNPeBoT2 was conducted in the SBI laboratory.

The Structural Bioinformatics Laboratory (SBI) is integrated into the Research Programme on Biomedical Informatics (GRIB), which is affiliated with the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and the Hospital del Mar Medical Research Institute (IMIM).

The laboratory is located at the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB) in Barcelona, Spain.
