SNPeBoT2 use will require the user to have at hand at least one target Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, either in the format of rsIDs or reference and alternate sequences, a target transcription factor to test for the sequence, and a PDB format structure of that transcription factor binding a DNA sequence.
I already have a SNP, a transcription factor, and a PDB structure of the TF bound to DNA. Take me to SNPeBoT2.
Continue to SNPeBoT2If your target Transcription Factor has associated PBM data SNPeBoT will produce more accurate predictions. SNPeBoT prediction results can be submitted to SNPeBoT2 for association analysis.
Open SNPeBoTIn this case you can scan your sequence to find TFs that bind using ModCREDB (Global Scan).
Open ModCREDB scanIn this case you can generate the structure with ModCRE following tutorial 6, part 3.
